Having this STMPS2151STR load switch from STMicroelectronics will protect your system, even if there are any abnormal spikes of current or a short circuit. This current limited load switch&s;s single output can produce a current up to 0.5 A. It only needs a voltage of at least 2.7 V while not exceeding 5.5 V to effectively power your circuit. This current limited load switch has a minimum operating temperature of -40 В°C and a maximum of 85 В°C.
