Описание
This scr S6025LTP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse is a bistable switch, it will conduct when there is a current trigger and continue to be on when there is a forward bias voltage applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 350 A. In order to ensure parts aren&s;t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 В°C to 125 В°C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V.
