This scr TYN1012RG thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics is a bistable switch that will turn on when a current is triggered. This device has a surge current rating of 145 A. In order to ensure parts aren&s;t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 В°C and a maximum of 125 В°C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 1000 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 1000 V.
