Even in the event of large power supply variations, this REF3040AIDBZR voltage reference power management device from Texas Instruments can produce and maintain a precise DC voltage. With an output that has a voltage of 4.096 V, this is power management at its best. With a voltage no larger than 7 V, this will supply sufficient power to your circuit. It has an initial accuracy of 0.2%. At a load regulation of 100uV/mA and line regulation of 410uV/V your circuit is capable of maintaining a constant voltage level at your output. This voltage reference circuit supports series topology. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. It runs with a maximum temperature coefficient of 75ppm/В°C. This voltage reference circuit has a minimum operating temperature of -40 В°C and a maximum of 125 В°C.
